All selected assays were compared regarding Limit of Detection (LOD), clinical sensitivity and clinical specificity. The result of the evaluation confirmend that the RIDA® GENE SARS-CoV-2 RUO assay distributed by R-Biopharm, is specific and sensitive with a LOD 1-10 copies.
